How would you like to have an urban P-Patch of your own that feels like a rooftop garden right outside your apartment? Whether you’re a long-time gardener, a novice just starting to dig in the dirt, or even horticulturally challenged, you’ll love the quiet beauty of our garden. In shared plots, gardeners can grow their favorite vegetables, herbs for our community kitchen, or colorful flowers for everyone to enjoy.

Designed by talented and thoughtful professionals, our garden provides a dozen raised beds and accessible pathways to accommodate walkers and wheelchairs. Water is provided to each spot, so there’s no need to lift heavy watering cans or drag hoses to your plants. Beyond the garden you’ll find a paved patio, fountain and resident memorial rose garden, where you can relax and enjoy the healing atmosphere of this beautiful space.

We are grateful to have received a $40,000 grant from the Boeing Employees’ Community Fund to assist us in completing this project. Those funds plus donations from residents, families and former residents, and our own fundraiser, allowed us to complete the garden in 2018.
